it's very neat but crowded, one of the staff is very rude and arrogant. Slow service the staff should improved their customer service. There was a long queue at one stage will do online banking from now on.

This place is far too busy. I mean, they never have enough staff on duty and there is always a painful queue. I go, as I did last week, only when desperate.
