Australia Post

The above reviews are in stark contrast to my experience there. Perhaps they have changed hands in this time? I opened a PO Box a few months ago & the staff have been nothing but friendly, pleasant & helpful on all matters.

Staff are often very rude and unhelpful. Have had numerous problems with delivery, contacting Australia Post doesn't help. No phone number for this store is also problematic.

Staff behind the counter was distant and rude no pleasantries, very standoff-ish and no customer service. This post office has been the worst store I have ever visited. The staff behind the counter need to be though etiquette and how to be a people person if your working in a customer service role you need to be able to please and satisfie customers and to at least say "hello" not "what do you want today"?!

Disappointed that this store doesn't have a land line number. Could only call the 131318 and after 15 minutes of holding I had to give up. I can only say that the costumer service is bad. I couldn't even get through with an inquiry.
