Steer well clear of this appaling Post Office. They seem to pride themselves on anti-customer service. Had to renew 4 children's passports. Used exactly the same online forms printed on expensive firm colour printer. Three were processed at Pitt St PO, no issue whatsoever. Had to do the 4th at Mosman PO becuase needed to take 16 yo child for interview. They would not process the form due to it apparently being a bit faded compared to Gov't printed one. What an inconvenience and a load of nonsense (the Gov't form is different to the online one because it is printed at a Gov't printer). They are so unbelievably rude and incompetent. When I complained to head office they said to go to another PO, can you believe it??? Anyway, went to Spit Junction PO and processed same form on the spot and very friendly. Mosman PO is notorious for going out of their way to be unhelpful. Shut them down!

Conveniently located in the heart of Mosman village on military road it is pretty convenient to pick up parcels before the place is open. Just walk down the driveway on the left and there is a window on the right where the postal staff are able to assist.

Terrible service, always a LONG wait, with never an apology.
Very unhelpful, ignorant, difficult and rude staff behind the desk.
Will avoid using this post office at all costs.
I am constantly disappointed and baffled at how this business is still running.
