Unlike every single other Auspost, the Noble Park Australia post isn't open from 9AM-12PM on a Saturday. I know the staff and I'm 100% sure this is due to them being exceptionally lazy. They're always begrudgingly serving me and other customers when I come into the store, sometimes flatout refusing to serve me whilst having conversations amongst themselves.
I, like most people, work a 9-5 day job and do not have time to go and pick up parcels on these days. All post offices I've ever had to go to to pickup my parcels have always been open for the 3 hours on a Saturday...
Staff are rude, customer service is poor and the opening hours are dumb and illogical.
Not been able to contact directly post office I was talking with Customer Service representative and I was told that I can pick up my undelivered parcel from the post office half an hour before official opening hours through the side doors. When I went there (it was 8.35 ) the post office staff, told me to come at 9.00 on the main door. When I said that I was told that I can pick up my item earlier I was asked, who said that? When I said Customer service, the post office staff eventually accepted to issue it to me. It looked like I disturbed the staffs' early morning chat. Service manners looked like last thing in the world they would do
Got a card from AustPost indicating that I have a "Registered" item to be collected from AusPost Noble Park. Guess what happened? They couldn't find the item! This event is not unusual, but the rudeness of the staffs/management is unusual. They have no customer service value what so ever, they didn't even attempt to answer quiries; only refering us to call 13 13 18 (despite knowing that they will get asked the same question from AustPost).
If I have a choice, would never go there again and would reccommend all my friends to do like wise. they don't deserve my business!
