Very rude customer service especially the owner. When you try to confirm something, he snaps at you. Very unsatisfactory!

Really not happy with the way this business treats their customers especially over Christmas. They have no contingency plan for the influx of parcels and get quite stressed and short with customers. Quite often they misplace parcels. They don't answer their phone - leaving it off the hook. If you mention any of this expect to get a snap about how busy they are. They really don't care if you aren't happy with their service and if you complain I recommend you do it online not in person as you may get yelled at like I did and cop a 'well I'm sorry' finally snapped at the end of a tirade about how you made them feel bad for complaining about their service. I certainly will not be venturing back into this place. Not worth the stress.
