Extremely bad service, the staff hanged up on me a number of times saying they won't check whether or not I received my parcel. Staff was very arrogant and left me on hold for over an hour. When I went into the store to collect my parcel it took her over 20 minutes to find it, staff was slow, didn't know how to do the job and miss placed my parcel. It ended up being right In front of the staff, they didn't apologise nor did staff show any sympathy that my daughter needed to be picked up from day care. Staff was just terrible. Never coming back to the post office! Summer hill in reservoir should be doing something about their staff!!
