I was here some weeks ago as needed to registered for a land title document. I had completed and submitted one some time ago at a different location, it appears that not all Australian Post office is equipped with the same technology or facility. This particular location didnt have the digital option, pictures were still taken the old fashion way, printed and placed on the documents. Required hard copy signature and posting directly to the land title office, the whole process in which I had done elsewhere took no more than 10 minutes, on this occasion would have had to take up to 30 minutes. For better time spent, believe they should standardize right across all Aussie Post to maximize resources and time efficiency both for the staff and customers.
