I have sent many parcels from this LPO and always served by the lovely older lady and never had any problems. I recently sent 2 parcels, (both were new shoes being returned to the store) days apart, and was helped packing them by the young girl. Both have dissapeared into thin air.. Tracking shows only that they were accepted by the post office and nothing at all since. Once may have been a lost parcel, but 2 consecutive parcels?! Dont hand anything over to this young girl.. dodgy employee!
