Paid for a course, company cancelled it due to lack of venue. Tried to get a refund, filled in refund form, waited almost 1.5 weeks to find out I had been charged a second time. Had to chase that up, got the refund for the second charge but still owed first charge refund.
The amount of drama just to get a refund for a course they cancelled!
But what has me upset is they had no blockage from just taking money out of my account a second time. So once they have access to ur credit card they HAVE access to ur credit card.

Booked and paid for a CPR course in Townsville, for completion on the 26th February at 9am with this company. Arrived 15min early, as per this companies guidelines and policy - along with the rest of the cohort completing the course on this day. The instructor did not turn up ! No phone call, email, text message to advise of any cancellation or change to course time. 1300 phone number is not answered after business hours so unable to formally register my complaint. Absolutley disgusted by this. They have taken my money and not delivered. Nothing short of a scam!

Completed a LVR course with Australian Wide First Aid in the Brisbane office. The trainer is professional and is a good teacher. Highly recommend contacting them
