I can't rate the customer service experience enough, the extra mile Tommy goes to show you work that's been done or the time he gives to explain to you what happens and why things need to be replaced is reassuring. My husband had his 4WD serviced there and we decided after that we'd both always get our cars serviced with Tommy. I said to my husband this place deserves a it's not often enough good reviews are shared and this place 110% deserves the credit!!!
I don't own a 4WD, but I've had my car serviced here a couple of times and have consistently received excellent service. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable mechanics. They patiently explained everything that my car needed and what my options were. These are honest mechanics and Dean definitely has my car's best interests in mind.
I count myself fortunate to have found a good mechaic like Australian 4WD and shall continue to have my car serviced there.
