I strongly encourage you to avoid this company! I was lied to, charged extra, threatened with cancellation fees and treated poorly by the staff.
The timeframes and costs listed on their website, in their emails and stated by their customer service staff are extremely misleading.
I asked to be put in touch with a manager many times throughout the transaction, but never heard a thing.
I finally got a response once it was all over, from a "manager" making excuses for the poor service.
Very stressful, costly and time-consuming experience. Please don't make the same mistake as me!
