I too have been talked into renewing my membership even though it's hardly used. This time I paid extra to have my points (GCash) increased from 3000 to 6000 because I was going on an overseas trip and thought this would come in handy. However when they sent me a statement a month later, the extra points were not added even though they were very quick to debit my credit card for payment. I have left phone messages, sent various emails and nobody has had the decency to repond. I will not be doing business with these people again!

Every time they phone I swear I will not rejoin.
The reason I have neve used a voucher is the places I wanted to stay were not listed and the ones that were in SA were no where I planned to go.
'Once again mid December 2011 I REJOINED hah too good to be true, I hope not!!! Let us see.
