Disappointing experience, while obtaining finance was not so difficult they were inflexible and unhelpful during the loan period in a number of ways.

Most notably, when we tried to discharge the loan when the property was sold, they dragged out the process and missed the settlement date by weeks costing us several thousand dollars in extra mortgage payments that were not required.

I would regard them as lender of last resort.
