Australian Gas Log Fires

The worst customer experience imaginable. Sales process was fine. When trades arrived (late every day) they regularlry cursed "head office" for over-promising. Result was additional days to install the heater, poor quality workmanship and, to top it off, a huge mess left behind. The company owner was unapologetic, unhelpful and unresponsive. Compliance certificates were not provided as stated in the quote/contract, requiring numerous follow up calls, contacting the regulator and leaving me to chase the electrician directly. Go to a competitor.
