I had been searching for a large bird as a new addition to the family for months and was told about this shop by a friend. I was not disappointed. Everywhere else I had been didn't seem to give me the time of day (I'm covered in tats and have three rug rats in tow) I guess other shops thought I wasn't in to spend money. The staff in this shop were second to none. I was greeted by the manager, maybe the owner and he was a top bloke. I felt like he had all the time in the world for me. I ended up getting a beautiful hand raised pure australian eclectus parrot and cage. He is perfect you can see the difference in quality here and the care taken with them. I'm sorry about the essay, I don't usually write reviews unless I'm unhappy with a place. But I felt this is a good family owned Australian business that deserved a good write up.

I have been to this pet store before and was very happy to see the changes that have taken place and is now the best pet store I have been to for some time, the young man whom served me this morning was very well trained and had a lot of knowledge on turtles which was exceptional.

TOTAL UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, UNRELIABLE.

BOUGHT A SUPPOSEDLY TAMED AND TRAINED COCKATOO ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT HE BEHAVED VERY BADLY. MADE US TO BUY CAGE, ETC. AS WELL ON TOP. NO REFUND POLICY MENTIONED IN RECEIPT. ON RETURN OF ITEMS, REFUSED TO REFUND, CUT 25% ON LIVESTOCK AS WELL! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Today I found one of the best places in Melbourne for all of my Green cheek conure's needs. The staff are very knowledgeable about parrots. And I was super glad to see that all the animals were well cared for and happy. Tess
