days ago, on 10th March 2024, I purchased a laser hair removal session scheduled for the 4th of April, 2024. At the point of sale, I was informed that a $50 deposit was required, which would be refundable provided any cancellation occurred no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Trusting in the clinic's policies, I opted to pay the full service amount of approximately $230 in advance.
Subsequently, due to unforeseen circumstances necessitating my travel away from Melbourne, I found myself compelled to cancel the appointment on the 21st of March, significantly ahead of the aforementioned 48-hour cancellation deadline. Wonderful clinic! I get chemical peels regularly and have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They sell a variety of skincare products which they provide (non-pushy) advice on and if have found the products very affordable and good results for there price. I hight recommend.
