‘Buyer beware’ New Mazda 3 purchased and returned for full refund due to dealership trying to sell demonstrator as a new car, substandard paint finish and scratched internal panels evident. Dealership given opportunity to repair damage however dealership tried to cover up damage rather than do job right. Sales rep was was helpful throughout but let down by approach and attitude of the sales manager. New Mitsubishi Outlander purchase did not have full discloser on new car being sold as demonstrator. At the time the contract for šale was due to be issued the sales manager (with poor and unprofessional attitude) confirmed that the car will be sold as a demonstrator (5 km on odometer) and warranty has begun 31.08.18 (5 weeks ago) but not registered, ‘take it or leave it‘ approach. On four previous occassions new cars have either been referred or purchased directly with no referral program extended... again ‘buyer beware’

I purchased an ex-demo from Australian Motors, Wayville. When I purchased the car, the salesman informed me that it had only ever been owned by Mitsubishi.
The other week my car was reversed into, so I went to a crash repairers to get it fixed. I was informed that my left back door and quarter panel had been painted before as the paint did not match the rest of my car; meaning my car had been in an accident of some sort with Mitsubishi (as I am the second owner and have never had a crash).
Now, if Australian motors did purchase my car direct through Mitsubishi like I was told, they would have known about this as Mitsubishi was the only owner of my car. I am disgusted with Australian Motors for selling me my car without informing me of this and I wonder how many other cars they sell like this.

Have bought 2 vehicles from the South Road dealership and been more than happy with the sales team. Service department guys have also done a great job and always obliging. Same for the cheery lass as you walk in. She remembered us - Sasha or Sarah, I think. Great job guys!!

Come back here time and time again for the quality service. Had an issue with my air-conditioning which another mechanic weren't able to resolve. Took my car here for a service and had the issue resolved at the same time. Staff called to confirm my booking prior to the service and I received another phone call after requesting feedback. Prices are ok (could probably find cheaper elsewhere) but I'd happily pay for the excellent customer service and peace of mind.

Failed to provide a complete service. Did not check or adjust handbrake. Only a minor issue but still charged an exorbitant service fee.
