Terrible experience with AOL.
Lied to from the start. Told wouldn't need the cost of digging out as our backyard was perfect for the start of installation.
Then they tried to say after the contract was signed that they made a mistake and we need to come up with an extra $1400 for the dig out and the skip bin said they can drop it to $1100. We did not do that as the final check measure said if any dig out to be done would be on them. So after a lot of aguring they finally stuck with the contract. When the skip bin was dropped off i was given the receipt to show all the paid was $350 and the installers, only needed not even a quarter of the bin to fill. Our new lawn was just completed yesterday. We are absolutely thrilled with the service offered from end to end. Aus Outdoor living offered excellent service from the quotation through to the installation of the grass. The guys did a fantastic job on the installation, and have left the place spotless. If you're considering artificial turf the quality of the available product is second to none. Thank you!
