Unfortunately their artificial grass product did not perform as per the representations they made when it was sold to us and installed by their sales technician. Reading other online reviews on their grass, it seems to be a common issue with this company. If you're concerned about drainage with artificial grass, avoid this company's product at all costs. There are better alternatives at a lower cost. Rather than own the issue, they promptly shut us down and suggested charging us a service fee to come and inspect it. Unbelievable. Never dealing with this company again.

Wonderful company great service I’m very happy with them ... unfortunately not the cobra skip bin company they use ... lying overcharging and they just dump the skip bin down where ever they want ... not where they are told. They have caused me so many problems ...

We bought electric blinds from this guys at the start they were at least 2 month late from the date that was provided from the sales person and then when we get them installed one gets recked and then we had to call over and over again for someone to come out and it finally happened h told us two weeks waiting period and off course it’s wasnt 2 weeks so when we finally get yhru to speak to a manager he was very rude and he told me it’s a 15 weeks waiting period what a difference in time very very poor customer handling unlike the message they play while u on wait false advertisement not happy at all with the service that I’m supposed to be getting from a Australian company

Last week I had my artificial lawn installed by Sam & Ciaran. I wanted to send my highest compliments to them both. They were punctual, professional, friendly and demonstrated great care and consideration for the install. They had to bring everything through my home to gain access to the lawn area, and they were wonderfully careful, and completely cleaned up after themselves as though it were their own home.



They worked tirelessly all day to get the lawn down (and it looks fabulous!), and they were a pleasure to have around. I wanted to extend my great satisfaction and thanks to them both."

We contracted AOL to lay synthetic grass at our home and used them as we had previously had excellent service from the sales staff when they had their own company. The process was time-consuming: sales staff provides quote, when quote accepted the sales staff returns to have you sign a contract and pay deposit, then project management contacts you for a site review, project management does site review. We were requested to do a number of things to prepare the site - in the end I felt we were doing their job for them. There were multiple delays and rescheduling of our work, and when the artificial turf was laid it wasn\'t very even, but we were told it \'would settle\'. I contacted the project management the next day to advise them of our dissatisfaction and request they come out to review the job, and they weren't interested - instructing me to call them back in 2 weeks if the turf \'didn\'t settle\'.
