Australian Pizza Kitchen

It's pizza! As far as I can remember these were the first guys in town way back when to have wood fired pizza, I really like the prawn one- sometimes the base has been a little bland but in general the topping makes up for it. The food tastes like real food not oversalted overmanufactured large chain pizza. It is a good place for a family gathering as there is something to keep everyone happy and it's good place for sharing food. Service has been fine when I have been there- nothing to complain about at all. The ginger beer is good and novel too!

I've made the mistake twice of coming here. The food is very oily and tastes too strongly of cheap cheeses, not the traditional ones that they spruik on their menus.
There is not much atmosphere to speak of and the staff are disinterested in the customers.

The pizza is okay, but in general the food is a bit overpriced and nothing special.

Well, it is a pizza place off course but I didn't feel that their pizzas were special in any way. Prices are reasonable and deco is simple/casual. The staff were nice though!

You've never had pizza like this. APK just goes to show that the stuff the other guys sell is nothing but oily batter with decorations on top. APK makes food that can compete with any restaraunt in Canberra. Plus, they brew their own ginger beer!
