Not keen on the mince but bacon is also great tasting and sold in small or large packets
Lots of their meat is pre packages in about $10 per packet and this makes budgeting easy

As far as butchers go they don't have a huge range but the quality of meat is amazing! Both of my kids don't like red meat but both love the porterhouse steak from there! They also often have great specials too!

They don't have a wide or varied selection of meat but what they do have is great quality and fantastic prices, especially for buying in bulk. Service is always friendly but unless you want to borrow a jacket (they do have them available) bring something warm as its cold when viewing the meat.

This proudly Australian owned and operated business prides itself on the fact that their stock is 95% Australian. The meat undergoes strict processes from paddock to place and they know about the farms and the farmers. Unlike other large butchers who buy in auctioned produce and have no idea where is has come from or what chemicals have been used.
The staff here are very passionate about their product and are happy to answer any questions that you may have. The small goods producer is personally known by the owner of this shop so again, they know what is in the final product.
It is just like walking into a giant fridge, so there are jackets available to wear if needed.
Prices seemed reasonable and although I did not buy thing, I am told that the meat is always really good.
