Australian Skin Cancer Clinics

Have been attending the Blackburn Skin Cancer Clinic for years now and have recommended them to all my friends.

Dr's all very professional and Staff at Reception extremely helpful and attentive.

Could not fault them in anyway.

TERRIBLE!!!! Well, the doctors aren't but the admin staff have not only been completely rude and very unhelpful they have been hopeless!!! I made an appointment last week and was pretty much told to name a time that would work for my husband and I - unfortunately due to a meeting my husband needs to attend with the solicitor (re his father passing away) we had to reschedule. After trying all morning to get through to notify the centre (it was constantly engaged) the reception staff member just huffed at me and told me that there is no way we can get in now. Then she said the next available appointment is 6 weeks away. I think she was a bit put out of place when I actually said yes because then she gave me the option of the whole day which quickly changed to one option only....
I rang back again 5mins later to confirm that the time would suit my husband only to be told this appointment has now been taken, but I could get in tomorrow!!!! CRAZY!!!

Great clinic with accomodating staff. All the doctors I have seen have been very professional and good at what they do. Thorough checking of skin and good explanations for the different types of skin lesions. Also bulk billing for pensioners and concession card holders. Overall a very good service and very important to have regular check-ups of skin.
