If I Can't Fix It, You Don't Pay!

Hi. My name is Clinton, I'm local to the Beenleigh/Mt Warren/Windaroo neighbourhood, and I am happy to come to you and provide Onsite Service.

I am more than happy to help with any computer issues you may have. I am polite, patient and happy to help anybody regardless of computer literacy, and I work at very cheap rates.

I follow a very strict 'No Fix, No Fee' policy. If I can't fix your problem, I will not charge you! As such, your time and money will never go wasted. I also work at a very competitive $50/hour, and work as fast as possible in that time, while remaining thorough.

If you need new hardware in the repair process, I can help find something that suits you too, and I will source it directly for you at no markup to myself, something every other IT Guy and his dog -will- charge.

What this means is that if I can get your computer working without replacing any hardware, I will do my best. If I'm not making any extra money off hardware, I basically take out all the ways a normal IT Guy would rip you off.

I have an ABN and I'm pretty flexible with payment. I accept Cash, and also use an online invoicing system so you can keep an electronic copy of your receipt in your inbox (if you plan to claim it on tax), and can also be paid via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or even PayPal.
