I was expecting quite a lengthy wait to get through to one of their departments. However, it wasnt too bad. Wait for less than 5 minutes, the person I got on the phone was professional and updated exactly what I had required. Ran through a number of identity check and my details were updated accordingly. Not bad for a government entity, given the length Ive been placed on hold with other government entity could be somewhere from 30-1hr. Great service!

Got a quick response when calling the 24 hour self help centre. Efficient, friendly, helpful, laid back yet professional. I must say the ATO telephone service has improved over the years.
