Utilising tertiary studies and knowledge in, ATP is second to none with exercise specific knowledge and is like no other personal training company.
ATP offers ongoing analytical graphical view of your progress which is then utilised to evaluate areas for improvement and for you to see your progress over time.
We go beyond calculating your BMI - we understand that improving your fitness and supporting your weight loss is more than just about lifting weights and keeping track of your calorie intake. All programs and sessions result in both physical and personal rewards, which encourages you to make positive life decisions as regards your diet, lifestyle and exercise choices.
ATP offers a wide variety of activities that you can choose - the gym, your local park, on the sand or the pool. We will ensure that your training never becomes routine.
