Moved from AU to US was told 3 months tops for things to arrive and we would share a container with another couple. 7 months later our stuff showed up and we learned we shared a container with -11- other people! I have some broken furniture for which I have yet to hear back from them. Horrible service

Unquestionably the worst removalists I have ever encountered. Management's response to having delivered my furniture 4 weeks late was to waste a further month and a half of my time with promises of compensation for their bungle. Even after admitting liability a staff who was obviously oblivious to the admission tried to convince me that the promised six to eight week delivery from Perth to Auckland was from the moment the ship left Eastern Australian Port. The awkward answers to subsequent questions after I had advised them that their company had already admitted fault Illustrated clearly to me that I was dealing with a bad company. Suffice to say no compensation has ever been provided.

I agree with brucelen. Worse than terrible. Use this company at your own peril. Damaged goods, lost goods, mattress not cartoned, insufficient wrapping silverware and antiques, no care, poor identification of cartons, still waiting on insurance 2 months later. A total disaster on wheels. DO NOT US

TERRIBLE!! Do not use this company for any moving job. They take no responsibility for their actions. They are a debacle.
