I bought a 3 year warranty from this business for my 2nd hand car. I've had a few things go wrong with the car and tried many times to recover the expenses via the warranty. This business is impossible to deal with. Each time I called them they said they didn't have my details on their computer and I had to contact the dealer where I got my car from to send them through the original contract. This happened 3 times! Not once did they apologise or try to recover the lost data themelves. I gave up in the end and I guess that's what a lot of people end up doing and this is how they make their money. Even the Renault workshop did not want to deal with them, said they'd had too many problems in the past and that I had to pay upfront myself and try and get it back from AVWG which of course never happened. Don't waste your $. I wish I had known beforehand how useless this $1000 warranty ended up being!
