What an incredible experience. I don't think there is anywhere else you can see Australia's 5 deadliest snakes in the one place. The Taipan was thicker than my thigh! Stuart said it's only 9yrs old. I loved the homage to Steve Irwin. I think people underestimate what it takes to handle these deadly creatures. Do you realise how many drugs are made from the venom of spiders and snakes? Bet you don't know anybody who is licenced to milk them, well Stuart Douglas is! so next time you need a life saving anti-venom or asthma treatment give thanks to The Australian Venom Zoo's Owner Stuart Douglas. Better yet go visit the Zoo!
