Am in severe financial hardship and this company refuses to let me access my super u am in an emergency situation and overseas sounding operators tell me im not in hardship I'm transferring my money to another company asap Australian super phone operators refuse to disclose what country they are in when asked but going by all the background chatter while trying to conduct my call u could hear other operators speaking very poor English i believe Australian supers call centre is based overseas Australian super is a bit rich considering it looks like they employ people overseas phone operation staff arrogant and do not speak English this company also charged me for insurance u didn't need for a substantial period after i became unemployed u told them to cancel it and they didn't if you value your hard earned super don't let this company near it go elsewhere i..
