The worst removalist company I have ever encountered. One of my very expensive items that was moved was damaged and Jakes removal refused to take responsibility for this. The reason I got a 'fully insured' removalist company was for this reason in case something got damaged in the move and when it did, they refused to pay for the damage. Still furious!!! DO NOT use this company if you care about your belongings

I used Jake's Removals the other week to move house and would not recommend them to anyone. To start with, the truck was 20 minutes late. We did not even receive a call to say they were going to be late, but instead had to call ourselves to see if they were coming. The two staff members that did the move were slow and had terrible planning and communication with each other. After 40 mins there was hardly anything on the truck. I expressed my disappointment, and found one of the staff members, quite rude. They did not seem to have any urgency, even after I complained.

Thanks for sending us a feedback. we had an investigation for your moving job we did. Firstly, our staff sent you MESSAGE to let you know we were arriving a little bit late because of heavy traffic in the morning, but i didn't know why you did not receive it. Then, our staff are always polite and professional trained ones. we received a lot of good feedback and recommendations. Regarding your moving, you got a large 3 bedrooms house moving. to start with, you require us finish your job in 2 hours. our sttaff told you we can not. after that, you are totally unhappy and say some dirty words to our staff. Anyway, we still tried our best do your job and finish it. In the other word, you got a lot of heavy furniture and boxes, our staff load and pack them into 40 cubic meters 6T truck, then unloading and unpacking them in new place. we think anyone knows that no company can finish your moving in 2 hours. although you gave us a bad review, we believe the public can understand us properly.
We just want to say big thank you to Peter and Yang for moving from Keillor downs to Melton south. they did fantastic job. They are great, friendly, efficient. We will highly recommend your company to all of my friends. probably, one of my friend Shane will move shortly, I will give your company number to him. Thank you Again

Firstly, i would like to thank you for allowing us to book at short notice from Ringwood east to Blackburn. Two Boys Ryan & Zhao are working very hard, efficiently.
