Very disapointed in this companies customer service! We had asked for a timber gate to match our front door. Instead got a auliminum gate which the colour doesnt match at all!! I expressed my disappointment and they could not care less!! Certainly won't be recommending this company to anyone!
Hi JD27. (Unsure where our previous response disappeared to) We appreciate your family's business and the photo that you supplied of the gate we made for your husband, after it was installed by him. Having built it to the specs your husband and Auswest discussed, we are unable to offer a free replacement. We can of course build a new one if you or your husband would like to change the material or look. All our gates are custom to the customer request, so it is possible.
I've had a great experience working with Auswest Fencing. - And my experience is the opposite, they were friendly helpful and most of all they seemed to really care.
