Elisha and PGG are just whingers. It's obvious that what anyone did for them they would just make it difficult and complain about everything. Nicole is very professional and if she continually asked you to take care of something you need to do it. Don't sit back and do nothing until it's too late and then blame her for your negligence. It's people like you she can do without. Nicole is very thorough and I have NO trouble recommending her.
I have used Auswide Conveyancing for many property purchases and sales and have always found Nicole to be very efficient and professional in all circumstances. She is very knowledgable and always looks out for her client in difficult situations. I've found her communication to be honest, thorough and timely. I highly recommenend Auswide Conveyancing and Nicole.
I agree with all the negative reviews here. Very unprofessional, unorganised, inexperianced, not accoutable for the errors made in the settlement. Communication is at least a week delayed all the time had to spend more money on the settlement as penalties due to the errors made, not even a sorry afterwards. Doesn't reply to emails unless you follow up with multiple calls most of the time.
I had to call many times during the pre-settlement and settlement process, never remembered who she was speaking to after stating my name and I always had introduce myself from the start and why I was calling. Inexperienced and unprofessional, numerous errors made which delayed settlement by weeks. Also paid out sale into incorrect bank account without permission from us resulting in bank fines which they refused to provide a refund for. Recommend you go somewhere else with a more professional and thorough approach.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience Elisha however must note that numerous discussions, emails and phone calls were made to both you (as partner of my client) and my actual client. First of all, around 8 emails were forwarded to our client to have the necessary forms completed for settlement to occur on time and when advised that it may be delayed as a result of not having the forms returned we were advised that this was fine as the property was tenanted. Two days later, this was not acceptable to them and they advised that no forms had been received (even though we had received a reply from our client informing that they had them). Auswide Conveyancing did everything as requested by these clients to ensure a smooth transaction. Details were provided by this client to deposit money to into their bank and this was confirmed by them and Elisha prior to settlement.
