Terrible did it online had problems with it(I should of seen the red flag then) it processed money was taken out fortnightly although never received anything had an accident my fault. After many phone calls and they saying I'm not insured due to what was put online. They said stopped being insured on the same day I had the accident.this went on for 3 weeks until they said don't want your business now I'm in debt may have to go bankrupt due to their incompetence oh and received a letter from them stating I was insured and they will cancel it confused so am I I am broke no assets have to pay the guys car and mine thank you auto general insurance if you're a p plate and history don't go to them and ring the person get hard copies

This is the worst insurance company that you can ever imagine. They will grab all the money for nothing. When it comes down to claim issue, they will give worst service ever. I had an accident issue, they asked me to find a service who can repair the damages and get quote, which was a total waste of time. Because we spend weeks to find out services, got quote from them but when I submitted to the insurance company, they rejected ours, they said they want to find a (cheaper) company to do the repair. End of the day after 9 weeks they sent someone, very unprofessional, non-skilled person to do the job partly. They left behind half of the job. Not even paid back for it.

From what I understand A&G are the underwriters for Budget Dorect who I have used to insure my cars for the past 3 years. Customer service is very professional and helpful whenever O have ever had to make an enquiry but like all insurance companies they generally try to entice me to sign up to another policy. The prices have been very reasonable over the years although I am a little peeved that my insurance has gone up despite having never made a claim and retaining a full NCD during that time - loyalty is meant to work both ways! Otherwise affordable and reliable roadside assistance. Options to pay by annual lump sum or monthly payments, multi policy discounts and new member online discounts.

these are the insurance underwriters of ozicare car insurance, whom I have used for several years for our 2 cars now as they are very reasonable in their premium cost (comparable with budget direct and will match their prices if you enquire). we recently had 2 accidents, one our fault the other someone elses and it is simple and pleasant to phone them and they fill out all the paperwork, organise for you to attend a quick accessment appointment at their repair accessor and then a place to repair your car all without having to chase them up. their nearby insurance accessor and repairer to me were also easy to deal with. will continue to insure through them.
