i have been fleeced, buying a 2011 Audi A3 (feb 2016), of course i trusted the sales person more than i should have, of course i should have taken a test drive to understand the full condition of the car however i am not an expert nor did i hire the experts. 1) To trust the dealers in buying a car is wrong! I paid $1000 more than what was finalised (he denied remembering the conversation and i didn't have it in writing although i was 200% sure, the reason for not having in writing cause i was assured they will take care of it and speak to my finance people). 2) There is a creaking sound from under the car from day One when i got the car and complained. Which is very evident although the dealer says he thinks everything is fine (he had the car with their mechanic for 7 days and returned it in the same condition) i followed up to resolve concerns for 3 months.
