I had an oil leak in the back differential on my X1 and BMW could not do enough. They gave me a spare vehicle and Aimee was fantastic. She kept me informed at each stage and was a customer service expert from my perspective - the whole experience just makes it clear my decision was right to buy a BMW again (my 4th) and BMW know that Aimee is an aset to your company.
