First time and last time going there with my Hyundai Terracan on the 16th December 2020. Went there for a A/C Regas, waited for 1hour 45minutes to be told there was apparently something wrong between my fuse box and my compressor and most likely to be a wire that only a auto electrician can fix, mind you I paid $145 for the Regas as i didnt get a choice like your meant to, so they filled it before telling me anything or giving me an option.
Well today 17th december 2020 I went and seen an Auto Electrician to be told something that really annoyed me.... 'Everything is fine, the only thing stopping your A/C from working is your fuse wasnt put back into spot which is why they couldnt get your A/C working'

Even one star is being too generous to be honest.
Spent over $800 here to find out the cause of why our check engine light had come and get all that was recommended by them, fixed to clear it.

This is the first and last time that I would ever have my vehicle serviced at Rockingham Auto Masters. Having had a service then a return trip from Broome. Being some 250klms from home I tested my oil level as I sensed my engine was a little noisy (for a petrol) well guess what? No oil could be detected, even after numerous tries. Refilled sump with 4ltrs oil, checked oil filter, sump plug etc no leaks anywhere!!
It was obvious my sump had only been partially replenished with oil. When being serviced.
The retort I got from this "State of the arts Mechanical Guru" was......... Wait for it......
"Oh no it would have been filled, Mitsubishi's are renowned for burning oil more than other makes of vehicles"
Well Auto Masters, with that diagnosis I would not trust you to wash my vehicle, never
mind service it.!
