Took our car in to get a service and they quoted on things to be changed which was fine but when i recived the car back i noticed plastic screws missing from a piece they had worked on. they talked to my wife like she was an idiot and were very vague in describing what needed to be done as if they purposely wanted to pull money out of her. i thought id give these guys a go as i am new to the country and dont have the equipment to do it myself. will never trust these thieves. Very bad service on top of being cowboy mechanics...
The guys repaired my wife's car and I certainly paid for a top class job!
However the same fault occurred the following day and it was "a new fault with unfortunate timing"

Took car and told me that it was the water pump and the hoses, quoted me $600, then when I got the phone call to pick the car up they said $1500 as they had replaced the radiator without my permision and told me that the $600 was just for the water pump alone. Then proceeded to accuse me of lying and still charged me $992.
This is not the first time my family has run afoul of this business, there have been several incidents now but as they were under new management I deceided to give them a chance. Never again.
