I took my car to this Mob for rego Inspection, BIG MISTAKE they are so dishonest, they fail my car six year old car with a list of ghost faults worth about $1200, then I took my car to another mechanic and I was told that none of the falts listed dis exist.
Never again I would go to this place and recommend others to make the same mistake
Got me brakes done there, big mistake. They machined my brand new discs that didnt need it, they were new. They put the worst pads on when i asked for the best. I wasted 350 odd dollars on them. I had to take me car somewhere else cause the brakes were worse than when i went in. Got the brakes and discs fixed 3 weeks later at another mechanic who did what automasters should have done properly in the first place. Worst dodgy mechanics in mount druitt
Dropped my car off last week because it wasn't starting. They still have it and they still have no clue what's wrong with it. I've called other mechanics and they have all told me what it most likely is and that if they had a decent electrician they would have k.own what the problem is day of dropping it off. Still waiting. Still counting the hours that they work on it.WOTH no clue what's wrong with it whilst my bill rises. Never getting my business again.
My last encounter with Auto masters at mount druitt was on a saturday. I arrived at 11:30 saturday morning, after checking their website for closing times, 12:00, for a rego inspection. I was told that they were already closed AT 11:30!!! A rego inspection takes 15 mins at the most. My visit before that was for a rego inspection as well. This time my wife's car was failed due to bald tires. The tires in question were only two weeks old if that. I had to take the car back to the company that fitted the NEW TIRES and have them inspect the NEW TIRES so I could then take the car back to auto masters and prove to them the tires were in fact NEW. The time before that, my car was failed due to the rear windscreen wiper. After producing the receipt for the 2 DAY OLD WIPER BLADE it was decided the BRAND NEW WIPER BLADE WAS IN FACT NOT OLD AND DAMAGED.
