Do yourself a favour and NEVER SHOP HERE! After paying three times as much for a 'top of the line' steering wheel lock after being convinced by the management that it was the best product around, the barrel of the lock just fell out a month later. I went in and asked for a refund. told me that could not give me a refund until a staff had looked at it. said to come back the next day, which I did only to be turned away because the staff hadn't looked at it. I came back again and said that they had ordered one in for me. I again insisted that I wanted a refund but they wouldn't let me have one until I had seen the new product, which I had clearly stated I wasn't interested in. would not allow me to get a refund on the faulty product until I had waited two weeks and four visits later. When they finally did refund me said that I had not returned all the keys that came with it and would therefore need to TAKE THE MONEY BACK that I had just spent two weeks trying to recover.
