One of the most horrible encounters I've ever experienced. Did not provide stellar service. Car not running rough, car smell of petrol after a lengthy drive. Try to book car in for a follow-up, but the owner (Graeme) accused me of abusing his apprentice. I vehemently denied this, but did not give me the opportunity of explaining the situation. Kept putting words in my mouth. Told him I'll put in a review, but told me that he had the conversation recorded and will send it to the Head Office. Had a long altercation with him and I was extremely upset with the whole situation. He doesn't seem to be a resonable man. I'll certainly not returning again for my car service. I'll be happy to bring my car elsewhere where I know I'll get respect and a stellar service. Hard earned money spent to get my car service is well wasted!

As stated previously we are more than happy to repair your vehicle at no charge if there is a fault, however you will need to bring the vehicle to us so we can diagnose and repair it. Without bringing your vehicle to us there is not much more we can do.
Incompetent. Advised us our car had an electronic fault with a brake light, so we went to an auto electrician who simply replaced the bulb and said there was nothing wrong. When we went back to tell them, they could give a toss and didn't apologise for their mistake.
Worst customer service ever and we're now wondering about the quality of the work.
