Autobarn Auburn

I've never had a problem when I've been in here. Mind you, I'm not usually the one who Is shopping. Staff always seem happy to help and are friendly.

I just went down to AUtobarn to pick up some oil for my car and these guy were very helpful. I was after a cheap oil but the sales guy (I think his name was Nuri) explaianed that not all oils work with all cars.. I found that insight impressive.

Agree with the other comment about management being rude.

The employee has no idea about the products they sell. To start with, they put a wrong price tag of $149 (ARV43m) for a $250 (ARV50m) reverse camera, and they don't know that the model has 2 cameras. They changed the price few times based on the information I corrected.

And coming to the management called to say that refuse to offer the service, went to the store and I can see their ego being hurt for a customer correcting their mistakes. Will be lodging complaints with Fair Trading, ACCC, as there is no reason for them to refuse the service, their CCTV footage is the evidence of who made the aggressive gestures:-)

Ladies don't go this shop!!. Even management is not Proffesional and very rude. They gave me incorrect color of touch pain even though I presented the correct color code. After painting I noticed the color is Mat and not even close to my car color. Another shop and my car dealer agreed the color mixed incorrectly. Management is not helpful at all as they didn't even check the product I got and either they didn't check my car. Said they cannot do anything as they only sell the product and not assist customers further . They didn't give me a refund for the 2 nd bottle which is not opened. I asked them to have a look my car and fix it as I'm pretty sure they can just remove the incorrect paint with paint remover which another shop did for me after I left autoburn. I demanded some assistance or refund, then management said to get out of the store!!! As other people write here staff are rude and not friendly at all.

Agree with the other review, not sure if it was the same girl but i needed to pick up a few things from a catalouge and this girl walked around and got everything for me (5 items) no fuss and great service. thanks
