Extraordinarily over inflated price on car sound when compared. Advice was incorrect about my vehcle spec and they would not acknowledge this when I showed them..OK they aren't supposed to know everything but hey, listen! and although very very helpful initially, when the price was challenged compared to a real physical Aussie store was 25% more the sales person just flicked me off. Did not even try to match it, simply gace me some greif and lied about the competitors integrity. I have been a customer of this store regulalry for years, but this was just rubbish...bye bye. I vow to never entering this shop again. Supercheap and another are 50 metres away

These guys actually go that extra mile! No matter what problem comes up, they still remain helpful and friendly, offering all the advice and service they can.

I chose to get a better audio head unit for my car, but the one I wanted being a bit obscure they had to order it in for me. However when their installer came to install it he found that, in spite of the manufacturer's claims, the unit would not talk to my steering wheel controls, not even with the best adapter available.

The installer tried every way he could to fix the problem, but without success, So their management agreed to return the unit to their supplier and substitute a more popular brand - one that actually worked properly in my car, and did everything I wanted it to do! And they didn't charge me any more for all that extra effort!

Good friendly staff, and a reasonable range of products in stock. Has auto paint mixing facility on site, which stands it out from other stores. Found the specials were not as 'keen' as other auto parts stores. Audio section was reasonable, but store did not stock any Momo products, instead stocking cheaper lower quality alternatives.
