I highly recommend this mechanic, I took my vehicle to have it serviced and found they kept me updated with any issues, they were very cheap and i found the office staff i dealt with to be very nice to deal with. I will continue to use these guys for any future services i require. I have used many other different mechanics and have always had issues with either the service they provided or the cost. Great work to all at Autoco Phillip.

Worst repairer I have ever dealt with. When somebody drove into my car, my insurer sent me to Autoco. A horrendous experience started... They promised me my car back in 2 weeks, in the end it took nearly 4 months! They kept on misinforming me, every week when I called they said ''just a few more days''... Also, it went in for damage to the numberplate cover, the wheel and some cosmetic damage. They managed to do something to the battery and keys and had to sent my keys in to Melbourne for recoding. They could not explain to me how a car goes in for cosmetic damage and ends up with electrical issues.... Furthermore, they put a different color grill in without even consulting me! Then, after finally getting my car back, the nightmare still was not over. I had to come back twice! Firstly they wrongly realigned the wheel, it was rather crooked. They are all very professional, especially Ben and take care in their work. My partner and I have both been taking our car's to them, for many year's now and trust them in the work they do. They have even worked around us having a young baby.



Fantastic customer service and a very friend team. I Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Autoco Phillip was definitely the worst mechanical and customer
service I have encountered. Their timings were poor, asking for the vehicle at 0800 then doing nothing till 1500. Phone communication was non existent, and when phoned knew no details of any progress and had no intention of bothering to check. All this followed by a phone call to say they didn't want to do the work.

When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I asked for a quick run down on what work was performed for the $73 they were charging me. Which was followed by and I quote " it has a transmission issue" which were the exact words I used to describe them the problem just hours earlier.

They charged me $73 to test drive the vehicle and tell me the same as I describe to them.

I would highly recommend to anyone to avoid this mechanic!
