Autograph

I've consistently encountered problems dealing with a particular staff member. Happy to take your payment but becomes extremely rude & dry if you come back to exchange something let alone, ask for a refund. One day i came back to redeem a voucher that was expiring that same day, pretended to be confused as to how staff could process it. Little did she know i had previous retail experience i told her exactly what staff needed to do, unhappy, staff reluctantly processed the voucher, put the receipt in the bag and practically threw the bag in my face as if to tell me to get lost. I had purchased over $250 worth of clothing the previous day and made another $70 purchase that day too, staff attitude over a $5 voucher is appalling. There was no 'thank you' or 'have a nice day' at the end of a sale, i left the store feeling unwelcome with a punch to the gut.
