I am the same as Ben below.
Purchased a Vehicle for $50000.
Before buying spoke to Craig the sales manager I said I want all my logbook services for the next 5 years to be capped.
He said that is not a problem and they call this Fixed price servicing and not capped price. ...read more
I don't think AHG deserve even the 1 star (can't give zero) to be honest.
I sent my car in for what I thought was a fixed price service today - service ended up costing double the amount because they did a logbook service which isn't the same as their fixed price services. Next, had an issue with the cars fuel injection system - not covered by warranty because apparently its wear and tear ...read more
Hi Ben. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you received. AHG sets very high standards for all our service departments and aims to put right any customer experience which falls short of these expectations. Could you please email [email protected] with your contact details and the service centre involved.
Hi, after my last rant on the service, I thought their repairs to my car may have been justified but up to service time again and they have said my major service will be a good $500 above my fixed price servicing (understandable that a major service may cost more, but I could get a major service elsewhere as well as a minor service for less than they're offering.
Also I looked through my brochure and found that the problem found in my car before should have been carried out under the warranty. The part didn't perform to expectation (ie. haven't heard of anyone else's car having this problem ever) but they classed it as wear and tear so its not covered? So literally my car has to blow up in order for it to be covered under warranty?
I will take up your offer on e-mailing the marketing team at that e-mail to find out why I paid for a warranty which a management staff told me is not worth it.
