I have been coming to this salon for at least 20 years now. Since Heather has taken over in the last few years, it has gone from strength to strength. All the staff are professional, talented and friendly. I feel listened to and they are keen to please. I hope to keep coming back for another 20 years.
I've been coming to Heather and her team at Avenida for over 2.5 years now and have never been disappointed. I always leave with the look I'm after, because she's a true professional who listens to her clients and gives great advice. Enjoyed a lovely, pampering afternoon again today, so happy to have found Avenida!
Unfortunately, my hair colour experience at Avenida has not been a good one. I came in requesting a lovely creamy blonde (in which I supplied pics) but sadly left with a very unpleasant outdated colour with dark stripes. If only I could post pics to show the evidence. When I asked for my money back I was told no and was asked to come back in so they could make a plan with me to fix it up. I did not trust them to touch my hair again after the colour they had placed on my hair. I am sad that there are hair salons out there like this. A more professional/understanding/caring hair dresser would have made a world of difference.

We feel that we have followed your instructions and consulted you with every step of the way.
