Extremely unhappy with their administration side. My wife has been there several times and each time we had surprise invoices pop-up afterwards. Based on those experiences, when she was there last time for a day procedure, we made care to ask twice that they are this time sure that they have charged us for everything they should. We had all the papers and receipts signed by them BUT still they sent again an invoice that was in fact more than they charged on the day (almost $800 extra). Once I called them, they promised to look into it and to speak to their manager and call me back. I never heard anything back and called a week later. They just said that it was an quotation error at their end and that it's now the correct rate. They refused to accept any responsibility for their error and it was our part just to pay it - although they were openly and readily saying that it was their mistake. Very dissatisfied with the attitude of their management staff.
Emailed them to ask for some information about their anti racism policy but never received any response . I believe health care professionals alleviate pain and suffering and we should not hesitate to apologize for any mistakes that we may do.
Having just spent 6 nights as an inpatient at the Avenue Hospital Windsor I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the excellent treatment I have received from everyone I have had the pleasure to meet. As hospitals go this is definitely 5 star from every aspect and should I ever require further medical treatment for any other issues I will actually look forward to hopefully returning to the Avenue. Nowhere else could surpass the Avenue.A huge thanks to ALL the Staff. Your professionalism is outstanding.
