Dr Matthew Avery has a special interest in evidence based care and is a member of Chiropractic Development International. He completed his chiropractic studies with Macquarie University in Sydney, where he achieved a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and then went on to study a Masters of Chiropractic. He was also fortunate to undertake further study in the United Kingdom, where he worked for 6 years with the largest chiropractic group in Europe and learned from some of their best Chiropractors.
Avery Chiropractic enjoys delivering a holistic wellness approach to chiropractic care, and focuses on providing tailored treatment plans to patients. Dr Avery also believes in educating patients, and presents seminars at his clinic and in-house.

As a 61 year old exercise nut I've relied on a wide range of support professionals to maintain my habit. This includes numerous chiropractors and three different kinesiologists. Matt Avery has been the most effective by a huge margin. He has exceptional analytical ability. He is not a "crack and flick you out the door" practitioner. As a kinesiologist/ chiropractor, Matt is able to test your body's systems at each appointment to accurately determine what treatment is required. Once he has treated you, he repeats the tests to ensure that his adjustments have been effective. He has successfully treated my hip alignment issues, back problems, neck tensions and headaches. He is also one of the nicest and most caring guys you could come across. Give him a try - you won't regret it.
