Our newly refurbished centre is located in the heart of Ormond and offers quality yoga classes for absolute beginners and for experienced students. Our yoga classes are modified to suit your body constitution, your age and your physical ability.

With over 17 years of experience and knowledge about the physical body, we are confident that you can practice yoga safely with us at any age, including 50 and over.

We focus on a therapeutic approach to yoga to promote healing and improve a long-term health.

There is no need to have a specific body shape, be flexible or strong to participate in our classes.
