I rented a car from this office in July. I am a foreign resident and got a discounted quote during my online booking as part of membership of SAS Eurobonus. However, I was charged 40% more than quoted. The woman at the counter said she didn't know why and because I booked from Europe I'd have to follow up with the UK office. On returning home I emailed their helpline that said they'd respond within 15 working days. One month later I'd had no response so called them in the UK. They said they'd have to speak with the reps in Australia and would get back to me within 10 days. One month later I'd heard nothing and called them again. They said that there was a charge for additional insurance that I'd signed for.
